Austin Ekeler leads Chargers loss in receiving, totals 132 yards
Los Angeles Chargers running back Austin Ekeler rushed 5 times for 24 yards and caught 8 passes (12 targets) for 108 yards in a 24-17, Week 11 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday night in Mexico City.
Ekeler tied Keenan Allen for the team-lead in targets and catches but led the whole contest in receiving yards. He was out-touched by Melvin Gordon 17-14 but out-gained him 132-90. Ekeler has now cleared the century mark through the air twice this season. The Chargers are on bye in Week 12 and then play the Denver Broncos in Week 13.
Ekeler scored 17.2 FanDuel points on Monday and is averaging 16.9 FP per game this season. He has 364 rushing yards (3.8 per carry), 667 receiving yards, 65 receptions (74 targets), and 9 touchdowns in 11 games.
