Austin Ekeler (ankle) ruled out for Chargers' Week 3 matchup versus Vikings
Los Angeles Chargers running back Austin Ekeler (ankle) will not play in Week 3's game against the Minnesota Vikings.
What It Means:
Ekeler will mis his second straight contest after he was a DNP in all three practices this week. In a favorable spot versus a Minnesota unit allowing 20.8 FanDuel points per game to running backs, Josh Kelley should see a feature role in Los Angeles' backfield.
Kelley's current Week 3 projection includes 14.8 rushing attempts for 62.4 yards and 2.4 receptions for 16.5 yards.
