Dalvin Cook signing with Ravens
Former New York Jets running back Dalvin Cook has signed with the Baltimore Ravens.
Cook signed with the Jets this offseason on a one-year deal worth up to $8.6 million. With Breece Hall recovering from his knee injury, Cook was rarely utilized in New York's offense and was released on Tuesday. After clearing waivers, he chose to sign with Baltimore today. He will join a depth chart that consists of Gus Edwards, Justice Hill, and Melvin Gordon.
As a member of the Jets this season, Cook totaled 67 carries for 214 rushing yards (3.2 yards per carry) and caught 15 of 20 targets for 78 receiving yards.
