Curtis Samuel (hamstring) back at Panthers practice Wednesday
Carolina Panthers wide receiver Curtis Samuel was back in full pads for Wednesday's practice, according to Panthers.com's Max Henson
A nagging hamstring injury has forced Samuel to the sideline for most of training camp. Initially, it looked like he could get a lot of looks for a Panthers offense starving for playmakers on the outside. However, after all the time off, it looks like Russell Shepard and Damiere Byrd could be next in line behind Kelvin Benjamin and Devin Funchess.
In his rookie campaign, we project Samuel for 33 catches, 427 yards and 2.98 touchdowns on 57 targets this season. He's our WR78 but is a late-round flier in most drafts.
